So what does the job entail?
- You are responsible for preparing, drawing up and managing quotes for companies with a need for fire safety installations.
- You analyse the customer's needs and gather the technical and commercial information necessary to provide a high-quality offer.
- You perform the necessary calculations and take care of the editorial layout and timely delivery of the offers.
- You guide the customer in making the right decisions to achieve a working solution.
- You provide support to the commercial field and office staff.
- You ensure correct (post)calculation, administration and follow-up.
- You request and follow up quotes for material, subcontracting or outsourcing.
- You ensure correct transfer from quotation to engineering.

Who we are looking for
- You enjoyed a bachelor's degree in a technical field. A first experience is a plus.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
- You have a sound knowledge of Dutch and French.
- You combine strong numerical insight with administrative and communication skills.
